An original 1960s bungalow was transformed into a modern family home. The vision draws from Ibiza’s natural warmth, with Mediterranean materials and a calm, minimalist approach. The result is expansive, but never excessive.
Built through resilience
Excavating the basement posed early challenges due to bedrock. Midway, a nearby wildfire paused the project just short of the property line. Despite delays, the process remained rooted in clarity and long-term focus.
Land meets horizon
The infinity pool merges with wide coastal views stretching to Downtown LA. Reclaimed wood, rustic stone and soft landscaping ground the home in its setting. The basement adds space without visual weight, keeping the hillside intact.
