Set above the village of Sant Carles, this historic farm house looks across the southern countryside to the sea. The setting informed every decision, guiding a sensitive extension and a shift toward open-plan living.
Calm through contrast
The original structure provided both rhythm and restraint. We reoriented the pool closer to the house, introduced pergolas for shade, and opened internal spaces to the view. Gardens were reshaped to support birdlife and bring softness across seasons.
