A long view realised
Seventeen years after first spotting the property, Blue Sail became a home. Positioned on a cul-de-sac with sweeping ocean views, the house is now being reimagined to reflect both its setting and potential.
Recovery through design
After surviving the Palisades fires, the project found new purpose. This became a point of departure for a more open, calm interior. Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, the new layout embraces space, light and texture. Original features are retained where possible.
Grounded in nature
The garden will return with Mediterranean planting. Lavender, jasmine, olive and citrus trees will create softness and seasonal rhythm. Together, the landscape and home offer a quiet expression of renewal.
