In tune with the land
Perched on a hill in central Ibiza, Can Sans is a modernised finca framed by olive trees and fertile terraces. Its original structure and 1940s extension have been sensitively reworked to preserve the spirit of place while elevating everyday function.
Built with place in mind
Local stonework, ironwork and materials were used throughout, ensuring cohesion with the vernacular style. Garden design and external works flow naturally from the structure, embedding the home into its rural setting.
Living landscape
The project prioritised native species and local craftsmanship. 100 olive trees were added to support biodiversity, and interiors were updated without disrupting the original footprint.
